Digital R&D Strategies

Two major strategic digital programmes were announced in 2011, The Nesta Digital R&D Fund and the Arts Council England and BBC’s The Space. The ICC are interested in the opportunities created by investing in effective digital strategies. In particular, what will this mean for audience development, cultural products and services, and new methods of engagement in the arts?

Philanthropy Models

The new economic environment has changed the arts and cultural funding landscape. Institutions, large and small arts organisations and individual practitioners are challenged to find new pathways and models to fund creative practice, cultural production and artistic interventions. We are interested in your thoughts concerning the ‘giving’ model, in particular, innovative ways of funding the arts. How do we continue to create, perform and interject dispite a sparse funding territory?
