This event is on 11 March 2020 2:00pm

The Media, Culture, Heritage department at Newcastle University is hosting an excellent seminar series during 2019-20 exploring lessons in radicalising museum, gallery and heritage spaces. The series includes a range of invited speakers from professional practice, academia and activist groups and covers themes including decolonisation and diversity from multiple perspectives.

The ICC’s Kerry Wilson will be attending the seminar on class in museums/galleries/heritage in March 2020 led by Dr Mark Taylor (University of Sheffield) and Michelle McGrath (Museum as Muck).

You can follow the department on Twitter for more information on its brilliant work, incluidng the seminar series @mch_newcastle.
