National Arts in Health Conference and Showcase

Led by Aesop Arts and Society, the National Arts in Health Conference and Showcase is designed for health decision-makers, providing a platform to share learning and expertise in the contribution that arts can make to current health priorities.

Confirmed speakers include: Dame Darcey Bussell DBE; Professor Gillian Leng, NICE Deputy Chief Executive & Director of Health and Social Care; Professor Tim Kendall, NHS England National Clinical Director for Mental Health; Dr Martin Vernon, NHS England National Clinical Director for Older People; and Noel Gordon, Chair at NHS Digital, NHS England Non-Executive Director & Board member.

A team from National Museums Liverpool (NML) has been invited to exhibit and present the award-winning House of Memories dementia awareness programme at the conference. ICC Research Associate Dr Rafaela Ganga will join NML colleagues to share findings from our Crossing Boundaries research study on the impact and value of House of Memories.
