LJMU Research Café I: Faculty of Arts, Professional and Social Studies

This event is on 12 October 2016 12:30pm

LJMU’s Research Cafés are designed to bring researchers from across the University together to discuss and share their expertise. The next event in this series will bring together researchers from the faculty of Arts, Professional and Social Studies (APSS) on Wednesday 12th October 2016.

The ICC’s Head of Research Kerry Wilson will be sharing a summary of our research on creative interventions in mental health care with APSS colleagues at the research café, including the Crossing Boundaries and Joining the Dots research programmes; the AHRC-funded Art of Social Prescribing project; and how this research is being collectively used to inform health and wellbeing-related cultural policy and practice (click here for a copy of Kerry’s presentation).

More information on the research café can be found here – special thanks to Katherine Stephan from LJMU’s Library Research Support team for organising the event.
