The conference will feature the following plenary speakers: Sally Tallant, Artistic Director and CEO, Liverpool Biennial, Liverpool – speaking Monday, 23 July Dr. Beatriz Garcia, Head of Research, Institute of Cultural Capital, Liverpool John Moores University, Liverpool – speaking Tuesday, 24 July Prof. Andy Miah, Director, Creative Futures Research Centre, University of the West of Scotland, Paisley – speaking Wednesday, 25 July.
