Joining the Dots First Phase Complete
Added on Thursday, August 29th, 2013
The ICC in partnership with Mersey Care has completed the first stage of a research programme which considers the economic value of collaborative cross-sector cultural activity. The report ‘Understanding the Benefits for Mr Kite: a review of the literature on the economic benefits of collaborative cultural activity’ represents the this first phase of our joint research programme.
Completed by ICC and Mersey Care NHS Trust Associate Justine Karpusheff, the review profiles existing economic impact and valuation research techniques within arts and cultural sectors, and points to a clear gap in the field with regards to cross-sector initiatives and their [actual and potential] collective economic value.
