‘Storymaking’ symposium invites papers on participatory cultural practice

Added on Monday, July 25th, 2016

Storymaking is a one day symposium that will be held on Friday 11th November 2016 at the Liverpool Screen School, Liverpool John Moores University.

Organised in collaboration with the ICC and supported by the MeCCSA Practice Network, the focus of the symposium is participatory cultural practice — a new and developing area of media practice that would benefit from further exploration and discussion.

This symposium aims to facilitate a sharing of practice between those who already produce new media / digital content and work collaboratively with others, and practitioners who are interested in developing work with audiences and users.

Papers are now being invited that are relevant to the main focus of the symposium. Further information on the symposium — including on how to submit a paper for consideration and the deadline for submissions — is available on the event page.
