ICC Director talks ’08 legacy on BBC Breakfast sofa

ICC Director, Dr Beatriz Garcia, was on the BBC Breakfast sofa today to talk about the long-term legacies of Liverpool’s year as European Capital of Culture (ECoC) in 2008.
Interviewed by business presenter Steph McGovern alongside creative director of Liverpool 08, Phil Redmond, and Sarah Longlands, Director of IPPR North, Dr Garcia outlined, in broad detail, some of the early insights from the Impacts 18 programme of research — further findings from which will be presented this October at the Impacts 18 symposium.
